How Pedorthists Treat Foot Pain
When examining feet, Canadian Certified Pedorthists will spend up to one hour or more in the initial consultation to evaluate the patient’s walking patterns (gait) for a comprehensive understanding of how the foot moves during the gait cycle. This consultation also includes a detailed patient history and complete pedorthic biomechanical evaluation looking at the lower limb static position including joint position, arch height, knee position, rear foot position and toe deformities.
