Exhibitor Booth Rates
PAC Sustaining Member – $1,450
Non-Member – $1,950
One booth space includes:
- 8’ x 10’ booth with a 6’ skirted table and two chairs
- Two non-transferrable exhibitor badges which grant access to all meals during the Symposium (two breakfasts, two lunches and three refreshment breaks)
- Listing in the Symposium program

MOVE IN & MOVE OUT
All exhibitors must be available for the full exhibit days and specific times.
Move in: Thursday, April 11 – 11:00 am to 4:00 pm
Move out: Saturday, April 13 – 11:30 am to 5:00 pm
Thursday, April 11 – 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Friday, April 12 – 7:00 am to 3:45 pm
Saturday, April 13 – 7:45 am to 11:30 am

* No packing is permitted until the official closing time of the exhibit hall.
Custom Broker Services and Additional Exhibitor Services
Packages for ordering additional booth services will be distributed to exhibitors once purchased booth space is confirmed. Information about customs brokerage and advance shipping materials will be made available in the exhibitor kit.
Westin Bayshore Services
The Westin Bayshore Vancouver provides a variety of services for an additional cost, such as electricity, material handing, storage, and booth cleaning. The exhibitor package and order forms will be available to you once your booth has been purchased.
PSAV electrical pricing: 7.5 Amp, 110 Volt Exhibit Power with power bar $90 per day.
Extra Exhibitor Badges
You will receive two badges for each booth provided. Additional exhibitor badges (for entrance to meals) can be purchased for $200.
Exhibitor Symposium All-Access Pass
PAC requires that any exhibitors wishing to attend Symposium educational sessions register as an exhibitor delegate. Exhibitor delegate registration is available at the cost of $250. This significantly discounted registration fee is intended to cover the costs of conference materials. Please note that this offer is only available to individuals registered to work at a booth.
